• Request number - Unique identifying number for each request

• Request type - Type of request, general or personal

• Freedom of Information requests - Formal (written) requests for access under the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act that are accompanied by a $5.00 application fee. Indicated by request numbers with the prefix "FOI".

• Routine disclosure requests - Requests for access from institutions or law enforcement agencies that are routinely disclosed under section 32(g) of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Indicated by request numbers with the prefix "RD".

• Type of requester - Source of request, Individual/public, Individual by agent, Government, Business, Media, Association

• Subject - General description of the type of records requested

• Received Date - Date the request was officially received

• Completed Date - Date the request was officially closed

• Extension (days) - If noted, the length of time that an extension was applied for beyond the 30 day timeline under the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA)

• Disclosure - The disclosure of information requested, full, partial, no records, denied, abandoned/ withdrawn or transferred

• MFIPPA Exemption(s) - The sections applied under the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA) under which information was withheld. Exemptions are listed under sections 6 to 15 of MFIPPA.
